Hello all gardeners who like the little birdies. Today my secret recipe for making peanut garlands to attract tits. The result is guaranteed pre- and post-Brexit compliant.
The equipment you need: peanuts, solid thread, a needle, a sharp solid knife (oyster knife type) and a small cutting board.
With the sharp knife, make 2 small holes in the peanuts to make it easier for the tits.
Also make a small hole in the middle of the peanut to facilitate the passage of the needle and thread.
Thread each peanut into the pre-drilled hole in the middle.

Two peanuts already put into place. Relax and have a drink with moderation.

etc.
Whew, it's going well. Have another small drink, still with some moderation.
And that's it! If there are no peanuts left, remember to add them to the shopping list.
Make a pretty loop-shaped knot. Not so easy, especially if you've had lots of drinks without moderation.

For hanging in the apple tree, take a slate hook (or any other hook, that will also do).
The garland is hooked, the tits can come to dinner. In most cases, there is no need to wait very long.
After a few days, there's not much left to nibble on. Repeat the operation from step 1.
