On se contente donc de ce qu&#8217;on trouve&#8230; En tout cas, papi Jo est ravi d&#8217;apprendre que l&#8217;abricot convient tr\u00e8s bien \u00e0 son r\u00e9gime (<em>et \u00e0 son teint \u00e9clatant<\/em> !).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Ce qui rend l\u2019abricot vraiment exceptionnel, c\u2019est son indice glyc\u00e9mique ultra bas. Il affiche un score de 35, \u00ab un des plus faibles de notre alimentation \u00bb, explique le m\u00e9decin. Avec 9 g de sucre pour 100 g, il se classe donc loin des fruits d&#8217;\u00e9t\u00e9 trop sucr\u00e9s qu&#8217;on \u00e9vite parfois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et ce n\u2019est pas tout ! L\u2019abricot est aussi tr\u00e8s riche en provitamine A et en carot\u00e9no\u00efdes, deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments essentiels pour avoir un teint \u00e9clatant et une bonne vision.
