Ce n&#8217;est pas un torr\u00e9facteur mais un revendeur, une petite franchise. Mon premier paquet est un caf\u00e9 de Papouasie. Le r\u00e9sultat en tasse me plait bien, tr\u00e8s doux mais manque un peu de corps. Mais ce qui m&#8217;interpelle c&#8217;est ce qui me semble \u00eatre le r\u00e9sultat d&#8217;une torr\u00e9faction h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8ne, avec des grains fonc\u00e9s et d&#8217;autres vraiment tr\u00e8s clairs. A titre de comparaison j&#8217;ai mis \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 un \u00e9chantillon de grains d&#8217;origine Guatemala, de mon fournisseur habituel, qui est bien plus homog\u00e8ne.
